What is the warranty period?

All AQUA VAULT products come with a limited one-year warranty from the original purchase date.

What does the warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including:

  • UV-C malfunction (not caused by misuse)
  • Touch activation issues
  • Charging faults
  • Stainless steel structural defects
What is not covered?
  • Loss or theft
  • Accidental damage
  • Misuse or failure to follow care instructions
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, dents)
  • Water damage from improper use
  • Charging the cap while wet
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Dishwasher, microwave, or freezer use
How do I file a warranty claim?

Email support@aquavault.co with:

  • A brief description of the issue
  • Proof of purchase (Invoice or Order ID)
  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

Our team will guide you through the process.

What voids the warranty?
  • Damage from misuse or carelessness
  • Charging the cap while wet
  • Submerging the cap
  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations
CanI transfer my warranty?

No. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser.

Can I get help after the warranty ends?

Yes. We’re happy to assist with replacement parts (if available), troubleshooting,
and care advice even after your warranty has expired.
