Can I personalize my PureX Bottle?

Personalization is coming soon! We're working on it and will launch the service shortly — stay tuned!

What will personalization cost?

The personalization service will be available for an additional INR 999/- per bottle.

What type of personalization will be offered?

You’ll be able to add custom text engraving to your PureX Bottle—such as a name, initials, or message—making it perfect for gifts, team orders, or personal use.

Can I choose the font and placement?

Yes! Once the service launches, you’ll be able to select from a curated range of fonts and see a preview of your engraving on the bottle.

Will personalized bottles be returnable?

No. Once personalization is active, customized items will be non-returnable unless there’s a manufacturing defect.

How long will personalized orders take to ship?

Personalized bottles may take 2–4 extra business days to process before shipping.

Can I add personalization to a bottle I already purchased?

At this time, we do not support post purchase engraving. Personalization must be selected at the time of order once the feature is live.
