Returns
We offer a 7-day return policy. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Return requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@aquavault.co. Do not return any items before receiving our authorization.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be in the same condition as when received.
- Be unworn, unused, with all original tags and seals intact.
- Be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and complimentary items.
- Include a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive:
- A prepaid return shipping label (if eligible).
- Instructions on how and where to send your item.
Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Change-of-Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unopened, unused, and in original, factory-sealed condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Upon inspection, if the product meets all return criteria, a refund will be issued.
- If the product is found to be opened, used, or damaged, the return will be declined, and the item will be returned to you at your cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong product.
We will promptly assess the issue and arrange a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate. Return shipping for such cases is covered by AQUA VAULT (within India only).
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Request a return by following our return process.
- Once approved, place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
We do not process direct swaps; all exchanges are treated as a return + new purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received it, please contact support@aquavault.co
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Used, worn, or damaged items.
- Items with missing parts, seals, or original packaging.
- Final sale or clearance products.
- Gift cards or store credits.
- Accessories (such as cables, sleeves, replacement caps).
Shipping for Returns
Within India:
- AQUA VAULT covers return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs in case of change-of-mind returns.
International Orders:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including in cases of defects.
- We strongly recommend using trackable and insured shipping.
- AQUA VAULT is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged return shipments.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately at support@aquavault.co.
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during return shipping, unless returned using our provided prepaid label (within India).
Please ensure all return shipments are securely packaged and trackable.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstance.
