At AQUA VAULT, we strive to make your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and efficient. Below are the details regarding shipping timelines, charges, tracking, and international delivery.


Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all products — no minimum purchase required.
  • Free shipping and returns are available only within India at this time.
  • For international orders (e.g., UAE and Qatar), shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and may vary by location and order size.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Within India: Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • International orders (UAE, Qatar): Estimated delivery time is 10–12 business days.
  • Delivery estimates exclude weekends, national holidays, strikes, elections, extreme weather, and customs delays.

If a shipping delay is announced on our website or social media, please allow additional processing time.


Order Dispatch Schedule

  • Orders placed between Monday–Thursday are processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • You can track your shipment via the link provided in your email or by visiting the Order Tracking page on our website.
  • If you need help locating your package, contact support@aquavault.co with your Order ID and we’ll be happy to assist.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to India, UAE, and Qatar.
  • At this time, free shipping and returns are only available within India.
  • International customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees charged at the destination.

Shipping to a Different Address

Yes! During checkout, you may select “Ship to a different address” and provide the delivery details.
This option is perfect for gifting, sending to family, or receiving packages at a temporary location.
