5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Policy
We deliver products across India. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. AQUA VAULT is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other unforeseen circumstances.

5.2 Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders within India. For international destinations, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

5.3 International Shipping
At present, we ship to Qatar and UAE only for international destinations.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy
We are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience and offer a 7-day return policy. You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

6.2 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within up to 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6.3 Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, we will process a refund.
