What is the warranty period?
All AQUA VAULT products come with a limited one-year warranty from the original purchase date.
What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, including:
- UV-C malfunction (not caused by misuse)
- Touch activation issues
- Charging faults
- Stainless steel structural defects
What is not covered?
- Loss or theft
- Accidental damage
- Misuse or failure to follow care instructions
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, fading, dents)
- Water damage from improper use
- Charging the cap while wet
- Unauthorized repairs
- Dishwasher, microwave, or freezer use
How do I file a warranty claim?
Email support@aquavault.co with:
- A brief description of the issue
- Proof of purchase (Invoice or Order ID)
- Photos or videos (if applicable)
Our team will guide you through the process.
What voids the warranty?
- Damage from misuse or carelessness
- Charging the cap while wet
- Submerging the cap
- Unauthorized repairs or alterations
CanI transfer my warranty?
No. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser.
Can I get help after the warranty ends?
Yes. We’re happy to assist with replacement parts (if available), troubleshooting,
and care advice even after your warranty has expired.
