AQUA VAULT Gift Card Policy

The AQUA VAULT Digital Gift Card is a digital prepaid instrument, redeemable only for purchases made through the official AQUA VAULT website (aquavault.co) and the AQUA VAULT Official Store. By purchasing or using this Gift Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Validity & Denominations

• Available in denominations of ₹1,000, ₹2,500, ₹5,000, ₹7,500, and ₹10,000.
• Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
• After expiry, any remaining balance will lapse and cannot be redeemed.

2. Redemption

• Redeemable exclusively at aquavault.co and the AQUA VAULT Official Store.
• Valid on both regular-priced and discounted items.
• Only one Gift Card may be used per order.
• Cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

3. Restrictions

• Cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.
• Non-transferable, non-reloadable, and valid only for the original recipient.
• Not valid at third-party retailers or partner websites.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.
• Cancellations are not permitted after purchase.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Misused Cards

• AQUA VAULT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of a Gift Card.
• Customers must contact support@aquavault.co for assistance.
• Replacement or blocking will be at the sole discretion of AQUA VAULT.

6. Balance & Expiry

• Unused balances remain valid until the Gift Card expiry date.
• Expired Gift Cards cannot be extended, refunded, or reissued.
• Customers may check their balance by contacting support@aquavault.co.

7. General

• AQUA VAULT reserves the right to cancel or block any Gift Card obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these terms.
• Use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
