Free shipping is available on all products - no minimum purchase required.
Free shipping and returns are available only within India.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery within India typically takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
Delivery estimates exclude national holidays, strikes, elections, extreme weather, and courier delays.

If a shipping delay is announced on our website or social media, please allow additional processing time.

Order Dispatch Schedule

Orders placed Monday-Thursday are processed the next business day.
Orders placed on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can track your shipment via the link provided in your email or by visiting the Order Tracking page on our website.
If you need help locating your package, contact support@aquavault.co with your Order ID and we’ll be happy to assist.

Shipping to a Different Address

Yes! During checkout, you may select “Ship to a different address” and provide the delivery details.
This option is perfect for gifting, sending to family, or receiving packages at a temporary location.
