AQUA VAULT Gift Card Policy

It is a digital prepaid instrument, redeemable only for purchases made through the official AQUA VAULT website and the AQUA VAULT Official Store.

1. Validity & Denominations

Available Values: Available in denominations of ₹1,000, ₹2,500, ₹5,000, ₹7,500, and ₹10,000.
Validity Period: Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
Expiration Rules: After expiry, any remaining balance will lapse and cannot be redeemed.

2. Redemption

Where to Redeem: Redeemable exclusively at aquavault.co and the AQUA VAULT Official Store.
Eligible Items: Valid on both regular-priced and discounted items.
Order Limits: Only one Gift Card may be used per order.
Exclusions: Cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

3. Restrictions

No Cash Value: Cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.
Non-Transferable: Non-transferable, non-reloadable, and valid only for the original recipient.
Retailer Restrictions: Not valid at third-party retailers or partner websites.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Final Sale: Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased.
No Cancellations: Cancellations are not permitted after purchase.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Misused Cards

Liability: AQUA VAULT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of a Gift Card.
Getting Help: Customers must contact support@aquavault.co for assistance.
Discretionary Action: Replacement or blocking will be at the sole discretion of AQUA VAULT.

6. Balance & Expiry

Unused Balances: Unused balances remain valid until the Gift Card expiry date.
Post-Expiry: Expired Gift Cards cannot be extended, refunded, or reissued.
Balance Inquiries: Customers may check their balance by contacting support@aquavault.co .

7. General

Fraud Prevention: AQUA VAULT reserves the right to cancel or block any Gift Card obtained fraudulently or used in violation of these terms.
Agreement: Use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
